DAWN Canada invites women, non-binary and gender non-conforming people with episodic disabilities to participate in a study on experiences of employment, in collaboration with Realize Canada’s Workplace REVAMPED project. The goal of the project is to understand the barriers and facilitators to find and maintain work for women and gender diverse people with episodic disabilities.
An episodic disability is marked by fluctuating periods and degrees of wellness and disability. This includes:

You can decide to participate in a discussion group or a one-on-one interview.
- The discussion group will take place with 4 or 5 participants and will take between 2 and 3 hours.

Participation to the study is entirely voluntary and no one other than DAWN Canada’s research team will know who participated in the study.
Participants will receive $50 for their participation in the study.
