Sadly, Christine Nieder, a member of the National Educational Association of Disabled Students’ (NEADS) board of directors and a dedicated advocate for the rights of post-secondary students and graduates with disabilities in British Columbia died recently in Vancouver.

The board, staff and membership of DAWN-RAFH Canada-RAFH wishes to express our deepest condolences to Christine’s family, and to her friends and colleagues at NEADS.

Christine’s passing is a loss of leadership for the disability community not only in BC, but across the country.
