During this interview, Bonnie Brayton focused on the place of women with disabilities and Deaf women in the coming Federal elections. Women with disabilities represent 24% of all women in Canada according to Statistics Canada. "All the parties better have a platform [on women with disabilities] because we are becoming an important voting bloc. Twentyfour per cent is not nothing. That's big," Ms. Brayton said.
