The workshop will be run by a nurse from the Centre de Santé des Femmes de Montréal, a center which specializes in gynecological and reproductive health. The goal of the workshop is to broaden your understanding of the female life cycle by developing your understanding of your bodies and what aspects to monitor.     It will provide an occasion to learn more about:

• Gynecological exams (when, why and how are they done);
• Menstruation cycle;
• Contraception;
• STIs;
• Vaginal infections;
• Breast exams.

  This workshop is intended to respond to the needs of the women participating.  As such, please bring any questions that you would like to discuss with a health professional! This series of workshops is open to all women members regardless of experience level, opinions, sexual orientation or relationship status. Everyone is welcome! *This workshop will be given in French, Marianne will be available to translate from French to English if needed.
